  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ยฝ cup chicken broth
  • ยฝ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ยฝ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken: Flatten chicken breasts to an even thickness. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bread the Chicken: Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, and paprika. Dip chicken in beaten egg, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
  • Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
