Ingredients

Scale

For the Chicken Bites:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (optional, for serving)

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional for brightness)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice (if using) and return the chicken to the pan, tossing to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

  • Chicken thighs offer a juicier option than breasts.
  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the seasoning.
  • Serve with a side of vegetables or over rice for a complete meal.
