Instructions

  • Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, beat sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  • Add Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
