  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp ketchup (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared loaf pan.
  • Spread a thin layer of ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  • Let the meatloaf rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
