  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
  • Baguette slices or crackers, for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with bread or crackers.
