12 oz spaghetti
2 chicken breasts, sliced
4 slices of bacon, chopped
2 large eggs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup heavy cream (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente; drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook chicken until golden, and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, Parmesan, and heavy cream (if using).
Toss cooked spaghetti with bacon and chicken in the skillet. Remove from heat, then mix in the egg mixture. Stir quickly to coat evenly, adding reserved pasta water as needed for a creamy texture.
Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
