  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, toss the sliced chicken with cornstarch and a pinch of salt.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden, then set aside.
  • In the same pan, add another tbsp of oil, then sauté garlic, onions, and bell peppers until slightly softened.
  • Return the chicken to the pan. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper.
  • Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
  • Adjust seasoning as needed, serve hot with rice or noodles.
