    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • ½ cup sugar
    • 1 large egg
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Topping:
    • 1 cup fresh blueberries
    • 1 tbsp flour
    • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  • Prepare Crust:
    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press mixture into a 9x9-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 8 minutes, then let cool.
  • Make Filling:
    Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla extract, and blend well. Spread mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  • Add Topping:
    In a small bowl, toss blueberries with flour and sugar. Scatter them over the cream cheese filling.
  • Bake:
