Buffalo Chicken Pasta is a creamy, spicy, and cheesy dish that combines tender chicken, buffalo sauce, and pasta for a comforting meal.

  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add shredded chicken and buffalo sauce; stir to coat.
  • Pour in heavy cream and ranch (or blue cheese) dressing, stirring well.
  • Add cheese and mix until melted and smooth.
