Cheeseburger sliders with Hawaiian rolls are the ultimate crowd-pleaser, combining juicy beef, melted cheese, and buttery rolls for a quick appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Dill pickle slices (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves on a greased baking sheet.
  • Spread the cooked ground beef evenly over the bottom buns.
  • Layer cheddar cheese slices on top of the beef.
  • Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter and Worcestershire sauce. Brush the mixture over the tops of the rolls. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for another 5-7 minutes until the tops are golden and cheese is melted.
  • Add pickle slices before serving if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use Hawaiian rolls for sweetness, or substitute with regular slider buns.
  • Add ketchup, mustard, or mayo before serving for extra flavor.
  • These sliders can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
