  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the cooked chicken, rice, and steamed broccoli.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and the cheese is melted.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
