  • 1 ½ cups milk

Instructions

  • Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a bowl with buttermilk. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  • Prepare the Coating: In a bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  • Fry the Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Dip each marinated chicken breast in the egg wash, then coat it in the flour mixture. Fry for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through.
