  • 1 lb ground Italian sausage
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
  • 8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large pot, cook Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
  • Add diced onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  • Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, and Alfredo sauce. Stir well.
  • Add diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in broken lasagna noodles and cook until tender (about 10-12 minutes).
