  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and cook, breaking it into crumbles, until browned.
