  • 1 lb ground beef (or substitute with ground turkey or chicken)
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, or any of your choice)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of your choice)
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Optional: 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce (if using).
  • Spread the cooked beef mixture in a casserole dish. Top with frozen mixed vegetables.
  • Pour the cream of mushroom soup evenly over the top.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the soup layer.
  • Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until the tater tots are golden and crispy. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
