This easy Peach and Raspberry Cobbler recipe combines fresh peaches and tart raspberries for a sweet, juicy dessert.   • 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced

  • 1 ½ cups fresh raspberries

  • ¾ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 cup milk

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • Optional: 1 tbsp brown sugar for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peaches, raspberries, ¼ cup sugar, and lemon juice. Let sit for 10 minutes.

  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk until combined.

  4. Pour melted butter into a 9x13-inch baking dish.

  5. Pour batter over butter (do not stir). Spoon fruit mixture on top of batter.

  6. Sprinkle with brown sugar if desired.

  7. Bake for 40–45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

  8. Let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.

Notes

  • You can use frozen fruits if fresh aren’t available; thaw and drain before using.

  • Try adding a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg for extra flavor.

  • Best served warm, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
