  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 3/4 cup eggnog
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg (plus extra for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, then press into the pan's base to form the crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and flour until smooth. Add eggnog, eggs, rum, and vanilla; beat until well combined.
  4. Pour filling over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until center is almost set.
  5. Allow cheesecake to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg before serving.
