  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  • In another bowl, blend egg yolks, cottage cheese, salt, and honey until smooth.
  • Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites without deflating.
  • Spoon the batter onto the baking sheet, forming small rounds.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
