Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Prepare Crust: Press the sugar cookie dough into a greased 12-inch pizza pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden. Let cool completely.

  3. Make Frosting: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

  4. Assemble Pizza: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.

  5. Add Fruits: Arrange assorted sliced fruits in a decorative pattern over the frosting.

  6. Optional Glaze: Brush a thin layer of fruit glaze or lemon zest for extra shine and flavor.

  7. Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for 1 hour before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Make sure the crust is completely cool before adding the frosting to prevent melting.

  • Customize fruit choices based on season and preference.

  • A fruit glaze (apricot jam thinned with water) can help keep fruit fresh and add shine.
