  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in cheddar cheese and remove from heat.
  4. Flatten each biscuit dough piece, place beef-cheese mixture in the center, and seal into a ball.
  5. Arrange sealed-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parmesan cheese; brush on top of each bomb.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Sprinkle parsley flakes if desired and serve warm.
