  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Panko for extra crunch)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Dredge each pork chop in the Parmesan mixture, pressing firmly to coat well.
  • In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  • Add the pork chops and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
