1½ lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
¼ cup olive oil
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
