  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Egg noodles, cooked (for serving)

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
  • Add onions and cook until softened. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and begin to brown.
  • Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stirring to coat.
  • Slowly pour in the beef broth, stirring continuously until well combined.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  • Lower the heat and stir in the sour cream until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve the stroganoff over egg noodles, garnished with fresh parsley.
