  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup candy-coated chocolates (like M&M's)
  • 1/2 cup candy eyes (optional for monster effect)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and candy-coated chocolates.
  • Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets and flatten slightly. Press candy eyes onto cookies.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden. Cool on wire racks.

Notes
