2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
3 cups broccoli florets
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch ginger, grated
¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp cornstarch
½ cup chicken broth
1 tsp sesame oil
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, chicken broth, and sesame oil. Set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan.
Add remaining oil, then sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
