  • 4 medium potatoes, diced

  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. In a crockpot, combine the browned beef, potatoes, pinto beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, frozen corn, and onion.
