  • 1½ cups fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into an 8x8" dish to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.

  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.

  3. Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.

  4. Spread half the mixture over the chilled crust.

  5. Layer blueberries over the filling.

  6. Spread the remaining cream layer on top.

  7. Drizzle lemon curd over (if using) and swirl gently.

  8. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
