  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 ½ cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  • Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add uncooked elbow macaroni and stir well. Cover and cook for about 12-15 minutes until pasta is tender.
  • Stir in shredded cheese if using, then serve warm.
