These irresistible Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups are a perfect blend of creamy peanut butter and gooey chocolate chips, baked into soft, chewy cookie cups. Easy to make and crowd-pleasing, they’re great for holidays, parties, or sweet cravings!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.

  2. In a bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, and both sugars until light and fluffy.

  3. Beat in egg and vanilla.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients.

  5. Fold in mini chocolate chips.

  6. Scoop dough into mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.

  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until lightly golden.

  8. Let cool in pan 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack.

Notes

  • For extra indulgence, press a mini peanut butter cup into each cookie cup right after baking.

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

  • Use a cookie scoop for uniform size.
