Pepperoni Pizza Bombs are a delicious, bite-sized snack packed with melted mozzarella cheese, spicy pepperoni, and a buttery golden crust. These easy-to-make pizza bombs are perfect for parties, game nights, or a fun family meal. Serve them with marinara sauce for dipping and enjoy a cheesy, flavorful treat!

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 20 pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

 

  • Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Flatten each biscuit and place 2 pepperoni slices and a spoonful of mozzarella in the center.
  • Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal, and roll into a ball.
  • Place the pizza bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then brush over each ball.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

 

  • Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
