  • 4 cups chicken or seafood broth
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in red pepper flakes, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
