Roast beef sliders feature tender beef, melty cheese, and buttery rolls baked to perfection. A quick and delicious appetizer or meal!

Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 lb roast beef (sliced)
  • 6 slices provolone or Swiss cheese
  • 4 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a greased baking sheet.
  • Layer roast beef and cheese on the buns.
  • Cover with the top halves of the buns.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.
  • Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the buns. Sprinkle with dried parsley if desired.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake an additional 5-7 minutes until the tops are golden and cheese is melted.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use deli-sliced roast beef or leftover roast beef.
  • Swap provolone for cheddar or mozzarella for variety.
  • Make ahead and bake just before serving for convenience.
