2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
4 sausages (pork, chicken, or turkey), sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp honey

1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
