4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 lemon, sliced
For the dill sauce:
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
