1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups frozen hash browns
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 cup crushed potato chips (optional, for topping)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with chopped onions. Drain excess fat.
Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
